A wrongful-death suit filed against the government and airlines led to the discovery of the testimony by all three individuals — each deemed a credible witness by the FBI.

Over the weekend, Oprah Winfrey attended a show and Lohan posted a photo with her on Twitter referring to Winfrey as her "fairy godmother." Last spring, Lohan's docu-series aired on the Oprah Winfrey Network, presenting the troubled star in a realistic light. Viewers watched as Lohan battled to stay clean, argued with producers and refused to show up and do her job. Everyone figured it would be a few forgettable episodes, but it seems Winfrey is giving Lohan a second season.
