  • Lupe Fiasco Shares New Song "Pu$$y" Featuring Billy Blue [LISTEN]

    We may not have a release date yet for Lupe Fiasco's next album Tetsuo & Youth, but today the Chicago rapper dropped a new single to tide us over. "Pu$$y" features production by MoeZ'art and a hook from Miami rapper Billy Blue, with cover artwork featuring a photograph of Pussy Riot's Nadezhda Tolokonnikova, who I'm sure will love being associated with a song like this.
  • Metallica To Release 'Live Metallica: By Request 2014' Box Set Of Every 2014 Concert

    According to Consequence of Sound, Metallica will be releasing recordings of all 27 shows they performed this year in a massive box set titled Live Metallica: By Request 2014. The collection will include Metallica's controversial headlining set at Glastonbury and their acoustic set at the MusiCares MAP Fund Benefit Concert. The other 25 shows were part of Metallica's "By Request Tour," in which their setlists were chosen by fans.

    Though the Rolling Stones haven't released a new studio album since 2005's A Bigger Bang, they have released four live albums since then, and this year we'll be getting some more. Ultimate Classic Rock reports that this November, the Stones will be releasing two live albums to kick off their 'From The Vault' series: Hampton Coliseum - Live in 1981, which documents a show during the band's Tattoo You tour, and L.A. Forum - Live in 1975, which comes from the band's "Tour of the Americas," their first with guitarist Ronnie Wood.

The video, directed by lead singer Paul Banks, doesn't feature any members of Interpol, but rather documents a group of boxers as they exercise and train in a gym, so it's not exactly what you'd expect from such a dark, ethereal band.
