Just last week Phaedra Parks confirmed that she is going through with her plans of divorcing Apollo Nida after 5 years of marriage. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star sat for an interview with Ellen DeGeneres that will air today and in it she finally addresses everything that has transpired. Nida was arrested for identity theft and fraud at the beginning of this year and eventually he was sentenced to 8 years in prison, a term he began serving several weeks ago. DeGeneres jumped right to the tough questions and asked parks if she had any idea that her husband was involved in illegal activities. -
Pennsylvania State Police Fear Cop Killer Eric Frein Will Strike Again If Not Caught Soon As Agency Spends $1.3 Million Per Week On Search Efforts
300 Pennsylvania State Troopers have been combing the heavily wooded Pocono Mountain area ever since suspected cop-killer Eric Frein gunned down Cpl. Bryon Dickson on Sept. 12. Frein is a trained survivalist that has left behind several clues, including a hand written account of the shooting, yet officers are always at least one step behind him. As of now they have admitted that once the leaves fall from the trees they will clearly have the visual upper-hand, making it sound like they are at the mercy of Mother Nature to be able to do their job. Commissioner Frank Noonan as also expressed concern that Frein will attack again. -

'The Voice' Season 7 Recap & Review: Battle Rounds Two Get Tense with Close Performances
The Voice season seven continued its battle rounds Tuesday night (Oct. 14), with three neck-and-neck performances from singers on Adam Levine, Gwen Stefani and Pharrell Williams' teams. From an '80s Hall & Oates classic to a Rihanna standard, the second battle round was all about small imperfections and just a je ne sais quoi to see who would move on, making for probably the most compelling hour of this season thus far. -
