  • Millenials Less About 'Things' (i.e. Albums) and More About 'Experiences' (i.e. Festivals) According to Eventbrite

    Record sales are in the dumps...this cannot be denied. One thing might keep the music industry chugging however, as highlighted in an interesting article by Digital Music News. A study from Eventbrite indicates that although Millenials are cutting down spending on "things" (like albums, we suppose), they are spending much more on "experiences," such as music festivals.

    This weekend, Las Vegas will be taken over by the power of pop music. And rock. And country. And hip-hop. Tonight (Sept. 19) and tomorrow (Sept. 20), the iHeartRadio Music Festival will rock the Vegas strip, with performances from some of the biggest acts in music, such as Taylor Swift, One Direction and Nicki Minaj. And for those of you who are unable to travel to the City of Sin can stream the concert from the comfort of your own home.

    Prince Harry has had a pretty amazing few weeks. Harry was most recently dating a Scottish stunner named Camilla Thurlow that was quite different from the women he usually courts. Camilla works for a charity organization and was thought to be a good, adult match for the prince but from the sounds of it, Harry has gone running back to his former flame, Cressida Bonas.

One major bone of contention seems to be Avril's 5th studio album which was produced by her husband. The self-titled effort under-performed and apparently the 29-year old singer has placed the blame on Chad.
