  • Arcade Fire Headlining Glastonbury 2014; also playing Rock in Roma and other European dates

    Arcade Fire announced on Thursday, not to all that much surprise, that they would be one of the headliners for the 2014 Glastonbury Music Festival. Both the band and the festival tweeted at around 12:30 EST that the group would headline Friday night at the event, on June 27.

    There was recently some serious confusion when E! News published a photo of Steps singer Ian 'H' Watkins (known as 'H') next to a story about the conviction of former Lostprophets frontman Ian Watkins after he plead guilty to 13 counts of sexual offense, including attempting to rape a baby.

    British pop singer Charli XCX is having quite the productive year. She released her debut full-length, True Romance, in April, hit the road for a tour and released a new single "SuperLove" off her next LP, which according to SPIN, she says is "90 percent done."
  • Moogfest 2014 will feature Kraftwerk, Chic and Darkstar

    Asheville, NC is making a stab at becoming on the United States' most talked-about electronic music scenes by once again hosting the Moogfest music festival. This year, the event will feature performances from electronic music pioneers Kraftwerk, as well as Chic. Giorgio Moroder, Dan Deacon and Darkstar are some of the other musicians announced thus far. More than 70 additional performers are expected to be named over the next several weeks.
