Britney Spears revealed in a now-deleted Instagram post that she was suffering from "serious nerve damage."

The 42-year-old singer wrote on social media that she was suffering from "serious nerve damage" on the right side of her body that has worsened over time that she "can't even think sometimes."

"I feel bullied and it's not fair to me," Spears said. "All I can do is try to be awakened by prayer that connects me to a loving manner not made of fear or threats, but by trying to forgive the people who made the right side of my body have serious nerve damage to where I can't even think sometimes."

The pop star mentioned her parents in the post, talking about forgiving them.

"I have to be the bigger person and forgive my own parents... but that's extremely hard!!! I will do my best and let it go and not let others down by my anger," Spears concluded.

Spears also talked about her excessive social media presence and flurry of questionable and worrying posts and videos.

"There was a time when I was held in a spot against my will for a very long time. But the thing is I realize now nothing was wrong with me !!! I portray myself as very together on IG but there are a lot of people who don't know what my body physically went through!!!" she wrote.

Spears has been particularly expressive of her innermost feelings on social media after her release from her conservatorship, marriage, and eventual divorce from ex-husband Sam Asghari, and her reported relationship with her housekeeper turned boyfriend Paul Soliz.

Although she had written all of her crippling trauma in her New York Times Best-Selling memoir, The Woman In Me, Spears claimed that the trauma "is still there and probably will always be."

"It's extremely deep and to my knowledge, all I can do is do the best I can and know it's okay to be upset some days or not be okay," the "Toxic" singer furthered.

Spears' post came days after an In Touch Weekly source revealed that there had been chatter about possibly placing her again in a conservatorship.

"They're considering their options. Britney's been on a downward spiral for a while now. What happened at the hotel was like a flashback to 2008," a source shared, referencing the May 2024 Chateau Marmont incident and her previous public breakdowns in 2007 and 2008.
