Fans have been patiently waiting for the release of Kid Cudi's Man on the Moon 3, but it looks like he's decided to switch things up. New reports indicate the "Love" rhymer has ditched MOTM3 and revealed a new title for his album. The new project is titled Speedin' Bullet To Heaven.

According to Vibe, Cudi shared the news with fans via Twitter. Though fans are excited to hear any updates about new music, he didn't announce an official release date.

Back in January, the Cleveland native revealed that he would be working with Emile Haynie, Plain Pat, A-Trak and Dot Da Genius to create MOTM3. No word on whether SBTH will release the previously announced album or if it will be released at a later time.

However things pan out, SBTH will be Cudi's first album since 2014's Satellite Flight: The Journey to Mother Moon, which received lukewarm reviews.

Last November, Cudi made headlines for his tweets on the current state of rap. To sum things up, the former G.O.O.D. Music rhymer said rap isn't an "impressive field to be in anymore."

"Of course there are guys that are impressive and found success making rap their own, but how many of those types of artist exist? Not many. So on the rare occasion I stumble across some new shit thats powerful and has meaning, I become impressed w that artist," he tweeted.

Taking that into consideration, it may be safe to assume Kid Cudi is back with a vengeance.
