To say Justin Bieber has had a rocky start to 2014 would be an understatement, what with that DUI charge, aftermath from an egging incident in his Casablacas, Calif., neighborhood and the lagging sales of his latest record Journals and movie Believe. Despite all those setbacks and controversies, the Bieber train just keeps rolling.

Today (Jan. 29), Bieber is set to release his third music video from Journals/his Music Mondays project for "Confident" (feat. Chance The Rapper). Before the clip premieres on VEVO at 7 p.m., an Instagram teaser has made its way around the Internet, promising some familiar Bieber tropes.

Yes, as Beliebers, haters and even just casual Bieber watchers could expect at this point, the "Confident" music video will feature some drop-crotch leather pants, lots of synchronized dancing and some West Side Story inspired group dance choreography.

Check out the music video teaser below, via VEVO's Instagram account:

"Confident" will debut tonight at 7 p.m. EST, 4 p.m. PST.

The track will be the third music video from Bieber's Journals project, following "All That Matters" and "Hold Tight." His incredibly dedicated fanbase are already planning a VEVO viewing blast, in order to help the clip break streaming records and help give the song a boost on the Billboard charts.
