One Direction may have scrapped Made in the A.M.'s "Infinity" for "History" as the new album's next single, but that doesn't mean the former song won't still get a little love. Recently, the soon-to-be on hiatus boy band was spotted filming a new music video for "Infinity."

According to a fan Instagram post blogged by OhNoTheyDidnt, One Direction's Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne and Niall Horan could be seen lip syncing along to "Infinity" while in what appears to be a parking lot. A flying drone captured video of the four-piece on set.

As fans have recently seen in "Drag Me Down" and "Perfect," the boys of 1D are seen standing in a line, moving back and forth while passionately singing the chorus of what was to be the third Made in the A.M. single.

It remains unclear whether or not this means that "Infinity" is back on as a single over "History," if this video will be released as a standalone piece or if the planned clip will ever even see the light of day. This may be old footage from when "Infinity" was the planned third single.

Meanwhile, One Direction's actual new single "History" has no music video planned (or at least announced).

One Direction are about to embark on a lengthy, indefinite hiatus. While the band has been laying low in recent weeks, the break is due to officially start this spring.
