Kim Petras is fulfilling the promise she told fans a few months ago after leaking her own album as she recently announced a new single coming soon which is now available for pre-save.

Taking to her social media accounts, the German pop star shared the official title of her upcoming track called "If Jesus Was a Rockstar" as well as an official cover art.

The visuals feature the "Can't Do Better" hitmaker wearing a star-printed bikini top as she leans out of a yellow pick-up truck while holding a big cross necklace.

As of this writing, the official release date has yet to be announced, but the song is currently available for pre-save on major music streaming platforms like Apple Music and Spotify.

Prior to the announcement, she released the official studio version of her cover of "Running Up That Hill (A Deal With God)" originally sung by Kate Bush. The singer performed it during her set at the Outside Lands Music and Arts festival.

The recent announcement comes just a few weeks after dropping her highly-anticipated collaboration with Sam Smith titled "Unholy."

As of today, the song continues to dominate charts and social media platforms like Spotify. Billboard reported that the track placed at number 3 on the Hot 100 Chart dated October 8. It was the pop star's first-ever song to enter the chart.

Sharing a video online to express her gratitude to fans, Petras credited Sam Smith and her supporters, popularly known as Bunheads, for their support.

"Everyone who's believed in me this entire time, like, thank you so much. I am so grateful. i've dreamt of this since I was a little tiny kid and it feels great, and I'm really proud of it," she said.

During this year's Outside Lands Music and Arts festival in San Francisco, Kim Petras revealed in an interview that fans should listen to her "leaked and scrapped" record and it's fine with her.

The LGBTQIA+ icon said the songs are never coming out, so she wanted fans to give her feedback when they listen to the leaked album.

To make it up to her supporters, Petras confirmed that new music will come out soon. She also apologized for leaking her own track.
