Since being diagnosed with stiff person syndrome in December 2022, Celine Dion has had to make some tough decisions.

According to Dirt, the "My Heart Will Go On" singer recently sold her massive Las Vegas home for $30 million to investment firm owner Chuck Esserman.

Last month, an eight-figure agreement was reached concerning the Las Vegas mansion. Reports say that this individual repurchased it in 2017 for $9.2 million and used years to work on various renovations.

Little is known about what happened after the Canadian singer purchased the 31,000-square-foot estate in The Summit Club, an exclusive neighborhood.

With Chuck living there, he will join notable celebrities such as Mark Wahlberg, Tony Robbins, and Marc Andreessen in becoming a member of this luxurious community.

Other Celine Dion Homes

Amongst the most notable in Celine Dion's impressive real estate holdings are her properties in Paris, Florida, with its waterpark, and her native Canada.

The Queen of Power Ballad continues to call home her the $5-million mansion in Henderson, Nevada, with her three sons Rene-Charles, Eddy, and Nelson.

In 2003, Celine made a big purchase shortly after commencing her lengthy 16-year Vegas residency--the acquisition of an expansive estate.

Featuring three roomy bedrooms and a spacious outdoor area with its own swimming pool, bar, and semi-private golf course access, it's clear to see why she fell so quickly in love with the Henderson property.

Amidst the pandemic, Celine shared a dynamic videowith her fans taken from the interior of her stunning kitchen.

In the video clip, she urgently encouraged everyone to remain home, and viewers were offered a glimpse of her stylish cooking area.

In a glimpse into her kitchen, "That's The Way Love Is" singer displayed an impressive all-white room with glass-fronted cupboards and stainless steel fixtures.

Adorning one of her white shelves was a coffee machine and sets of plates and mugs. Captured in video footage, she also revealed another area of her home with an equally eye-catching, completely white theme.
