The Rat Pack star, Sammy Davis Jr. will have his life story told on the big screen in an upcoming biopic that's currently in development. Rolling Out reported that the story of the late entertainer, who excelled as an actor, singer, dancer and comedian, will be told in a documentary film, based on the 2008 Matt Birkbeck biography of Davis, entitled Deconstructing Sammy. Byron Allen Entertainment Studios acquired the rights to the story and is now in the process of turning the story into a script fit for the big screen and also a TV series. -

Forbes revealed its list of the highest paid female musicians in the world and Katy Perry topped her rival Taylor Swift by a whopping margin of $55 million during the scoring period, raking in a total of $135 million. She also beat out a top five of Fleetwood Mac with $59.5 million, Lady Gaga, who slides in just behind Mac at $59 million, while Beyoncé rounds out the top five with $54.5 million. -

Criticism against the book mainly points out the sex scenes, which many think were poorly written.
