    TBD Fest co-founder Clay Nutting is being sued by Katrina Arnaud, a Sacramento-based certified public accountant for breach of contract and fraud. The lawsuit filed in Sacramento Superior Court on Dec. 9 on the behalf of Arnaud claims that Nutting took out a $200,000 loan from Arnaud and failed to pay it back.

Kardashian and West announced the name of their baby in early December (Dec. 5). Since Saint West was relatively unknown, it is unclear just how successful he was in the industry before retiring.

    Chaz Bundick of Toro y Moi just surprised fans with four previously unreleased tracks and they are pretty awesome. The four tracks were uploaded to SoundCloud last night by the producer and are all marked with the hashtag #rare. Though the tracks have never been heard before, they have a familiar sound to them. The tracks have the same vibe as Bundick's work from 2010.
