    "Player" crooner Chris Brown had seemed to be flying underneath the radar recently, wholeheartedly jumping into his parental duties with daughter Royalty. However, in new shocking reports, Brown is accused of being addicted to codeine cough syrup, also known by its street moniker "sizzurp". The news comes on the heels of the troubled singer receiving joint custody of his young daughter with very strict courtroom stipulations and a zero tolerance for drugs being found in his system.
