The musical, composed by Sherman Edwards, revolves largely around Adams and Benjamin Franklin as they pressure Thomas Jefferson into writing the Declaration of Independence and the rest of the Continental Congress to sign it. An initial teaser trailer was released, giving the audience a look into the lives of the counselors and campers via a VHS-tinted filter.
