NYC's Dum Dum Girls recently shared an unreleased version of their video for "Coming Down." Featured on Season 3 of OITNB, the single from their sophomore release Only In Dreams is a breathtakingly earnest ballad. Although fans eagerly praised the track's initial celluloid debut, its recent inclusion in this year's season of Netflix's award-winning comedy-drama has given the shoegaze outfit an opportunity to digitally re-issue the single's limited edition 7" in addition to a previously unseen alternate. -

A piece of pop culture kinda-history has died as authoritative proof has come out revealing that no, Michael Jackson really did not write The Simpsons' classic "Do The Bartman." Original songwriter Bryan Loren (whose name has been on the track the whole time) sold off his publishing rights to the song, as well as a number of his other compositions. Considering the lawsuits the Jackson family has been bringing against AEG, you can bet they'd stick their legs out if there was a chance Jacko's estate should be getting royalties for "Bartman." -

The hip-hop world has been turned on its head when Meek Mill seemingly out of nowhere called out Drake for allegedly having people write his raps. The fallout has been seen all across the twitterverse and throughout the hip-hop community and even spilled over into politics. One Toronto city councillor, possibly just looking to take the populist approach and get a few headlines for his poll numbers, told Meek Mill that he was no longer allowed up in Toronto. Mill got word of his potential ban to the Canadian city and fired back at the Toronto government official citing his free speech. -
