The latest comes from the electronic music space and the comedy sketch group Nacho Punch who mimic the Whiplash trailer almost perfectly, but this time with a DJ named DJ Wh1la$h and his struggled with an abusive teacher at the Skrillex Academy. -

Soundgarden Guitarist Kim Thayil Says Band Will Release 'King Animal' Follow-Up in 2016
The members of Soundgarden want the reunion to last a little bit longer. Guitarist Kim Thayil told The Sydney Morning Herald recently that the band plans to release its eighth studio album in 2016. The untitled effort will follow the band's 2012 album, King Animal, which they released after a 16-year recording hiatus. Thayil said the band is still in the early stages of putting the album together. -
Bobby Shmurda Claims Lyrical Content Was "Fabricated," Wants Off Epic Records After They Fail To Post His Bail
A lot has happened in the two months since Bobby Shmurda (born Ackquille Pollard) was arrested outside of Quad Studios in New York City. He has been indicted on a variety of charges, changed lawyers, plead not guilty in court, and had his bail withdrawn. His defense lawyer Kenneth J. Montgomery has called the charges "trumped up," saying it all ultimately comes down to a "constructive possession gun case" that is being overblown. For now, Pollard sits in jail, unable to come up with the $2 million bail. In a new interview with The New York Times, Pollard expresses his frustration with his label for not supporting him and claims that his violent lyrics were fabricated to sell records.
