Stone Sour is readying its upcoming album of covers while Slipknot is out on the road in support of .5: The Gray Chapter. -
Gucci Mane Shares New Track "Dead People" Featuring Raury [LISTEN]
Atlanta rappers Gucci Mane and Raury have teamed up for a new track titled "Dead People," which you can check out here. The track moves along with a pretty gnarly electronic beat and some quirky synths, while Gucci delivers the hook and the first verse. Raury comes out on top, however, delivering a rapid-fire verse that totally brightens up the song's murky, relaxed tempo. As the single's artwork suggests, the titular "Dead People" refer to hundred dollar bills with pictures of Ben Franklin on them, which can't accurately be called "dead presidents" since Franklin was never president. -

Recently reunited punk heroes Sleater-Kinney have shared another new song from their upcoming album "No Cities To Love," an unruly riff storm titled "Surface Envy," which you can check out below. The track, which originally premiered during an NPR interview but has now surfaced online, is classic Sleater-Kinney: dark post-punk riffs played on fuzzy guitars with singer Corin Tucker wailing over the top of it all, so diehard fans will not be disappointed. Tucker's voice has certainly matured, but she still maintains its distinctive power. -

A new list ranking the wealthiest recording artists has surfaced recently and Madonna is in the number one spot. The "Like a Virgin" singer beat out Paul McCartney, Dr. Dre and Sean "Diddy" Combs with an estimated net worth of $800 million, Wealth-X reports. Other notable stars on the list include Bono, Celine Dion and Elton John.
