• Euphoria Music & Camping Festival 2015 Lineup: Pretty Lights, Adventure Club, Ghostland Observatory & More

    We are sounding like a broken record, but more is better when it comes to options for festivals. Competition is a beautiful thing and if you weren't able to score tickets to Coachella or can't afford a pass to the mega $300 plus festivals, then the smaller, lesser known ones may be your best bet. Euphoria Music and Camping Festival just outside of Austin, Texas is one of those options and it has released the lineup for the 2015 edition. Some of the headlining acts who be taking over the festival this April include Pretty Lights, Ghostland Observatory, Adventure Club, Thievery Corporation and STS9.

BBC News reports that the album appeared on file-sharing websites over the weekend, forcing her to move the album up by nearly two months.

    Album leaks are an unfortunate trend in music right now, perhaps the reason why so many performers are opting to release their albums by surprise for download rather than issue an official release date. Some performers you just can't screw with however: The outrage from the Madonna camp led the FBI and other international bodies to investigate the leak of demos from her forthcoming album Rebel Heart and led to the arrest of a former contestant on an Israeli television vocal competition.

    Damon Albarn is traveling down the rabbit hole that is musical theatre for the upcoming Manchester International Festival. The Blur frontman is working on the instrumentals to a new musical adaptation of Alice in Wonderland titled wonder.land, which treats the magical world of Lewis Carrol's original novel to the digital treatment. The plot centers around a child named Aly who escapes to the internet to avoid her unhappy reality and encounters the famed characters of the original novel, including the Red Queen and Cheshire Cat.

    DJ equipment giant Pioneer has been in the process of revolutionizing its controller equipment over the past several months. The end of 2014 saw the controversial announcement of their new brand of controller, the XDJ, which ditches the CD (hence why it is no longer called a CDJ) and relies solely on other sources like USB sticks. Pioneer has announced that it will be rolling out a new type of XDJ, the XDJ-RX all-in-one equipped with rekordbox that is not compatible with laptops.

  • Feed Me Unveils EP Details, Nixes Skrillex Collab

    Feed Me (real name Jon Gooch) has unveiled more information regarding his upcoming EP. The innovative UK electro/dubstep producer revealed on Christmas Eve that he would be releasing plenty of material in 2015, starting with a new Feed Me EP. The "Calamari Tuesday" producer took to Facebook to reveal the cover art for his the upcoming EP, which announces a new release date for the four-track EP — Feb. 2, instead of the previously acknowledged Feb. 1. Drawing conclusions from the cover art, which features a faceless Feed Me mascot dominating a city, the EP could be titled "A Giant Warrior Descends on Tokyo." In addition to divulging EP details, a fan asked about the long-awaited Skrillex and Feed Me collaboration that has been floating around the internet for some time — plus, the pair have played on occasion. Gooch joined the comments section to shoot down the idea that it will come out saying "Not that interested in releasing it. Sorry Guys." He quickly followed up with, "Not actually sorry."

    Renaissance man, Giorgio Moroder, has officially released his collaboration alongside Kylie Minogue, "Right Here, Right Now," from his upcoming studio album which is set for release this spring. A reportedly unfinished version of "Right Here, Right Now" was leaked over the weekend, but now the final version is available for download everywhere except the U.K., where it will be released on Jan. 30.
