    The new Brad Paisley album Moonshine in the Trunk is right around the corner with an Aug. 26 release date, but over the weekend it seemed as though the Rising Star judge couldn't get his music out to his fans fast enough. In what may or may not have been a quick little publicity stunt, it seems as though the country crooner leaked some snippets of his own material.

Though one would assume that having his name and face plastered on as many products as possible would be Yeezy's ultimate life goal, the "Bound 2" rapper actually wasn't too thrilled about it, so much so that he filed a trademark-infringement lawsuit against the company pretty much immediately. Radio.com now reports that on July 22, the lawsuit had been settled in West's favor by the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
