Pharrell & Jimmy Fallon Perform Together As "Afro & Deziak;" Producer Talks Working With Snoop Dogg, Missy Elliott, Kendrick Lamar & More On Tonight Show [WATCH]
Last night, Pharrell stopped by The Tonight Show to talk to Jimmy Fallon about the fact that he owes some of his success in the industry to the many artists who came before him. Possibly in reference to his current controversy with Marvin Gaye's family, he acknowledged that a R&B duo from the '80s was one of his biggest inspirations. Fallon just so happened to be a fan of theirs as well. Their names were Afro & Deziak, and they used to appear on the show American Power Hour. Fallon said he dug "through a cage full of tapes down in the basement" and found a clips of their performances. And what do ya know? They looked a lot like the "Happy" singer and Tonight Show host. -

After Eminem teased a new song in the trailer for Southpaw, fans began to speculate about plans for a new album. Unfortunately, the Detroit rapper had already shot down rumors of a new Eminem album for 2015 back in January. Marshall Mathers, however, will be putting out a new album, just not a rap album and not under the name Eminem. Earlier today, a rep for the rapper revealed that his next project will be a metal album with his new band Woorhed (pronounced as Warhead). -

Andy Kim & Kevin Drew Talk 'It's Decided,' Defining Success, Remaking 'Shoot 'Em Up Baby,' And Other Lessons Learned [EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW]
Andy Kim and Kevin Drew are a seemingly unlikely duo, despite both hailing from Canada. You probably know Kim as the industry veteran who co-wrote the Archies' hit "Sugar, Sugar" and classics like 1974's "Rock Me Gently" and "Shoot 'Em Up Baby." Drew, on the other hand, is best known for his indie music collective Broken Social Scene as well his two solo LP's Spirit If... (2007) and Darlings (2014). The two continually bumped into each other over the years and eventually formed a friendship. From there they decided to make music together. The result, It's Decided, which dropped in February on Drew's label, Arts & Crafts, was a labor of love for the two musicians and marked a new chapter in Kim's story. The album explores the journey of a man who has seen both the ups and the downs in life, but is ultimately at peace with it. -

In his new cover story with Complex, A$AP Rocky gives his thoughts on the career and criticism of his ex-girlfriend Iggy Azalea. The two began dating in late 2011, before Azalea's breakout "Fancy" propelled her to Grammy-nomination status. Azalea confirmed their relationship in an interview with Vibe and even got Live.Love.A$AP tattooed on her fingers. By July 2012, they were no longer dating, and the next year she got the tats removed and later moved on to current boyfriend Nick Young. Despite the breakup, Rocky wasn't completely ready to discredit his former lady. -

Depending on how closely you've been following '90s pop icons Hanson, you might not know that the brothers never really stopped making music. In fact, they released their sixth studio album in 2013 called Anthem, which charted at No. 22 on the Billboard 200. That same year, they also launched their own craft beer, named "Mmmhops" after their infectious 1997 hit "MmmBop" in partnership with craft beer company Mustang Brewing. Now they are bringing their two passions together for the second annual Hop Jam Craft Beer and Music Festival in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on May 17 in the Brady Arts District. The band even played a role in founding the event. -

The trailer for the upcoming film Southpaw, starring Jake Gyllenhaal, has been released and features a brand new song from Eminem. On the song titled "Forgive Me Now", Eminem declares "I am phenomenal" over gritty production and heavy bass. It's unclear if the full song will be included in the film's soundtrack.
