Lou Reed, Green Day, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Double Trouble, Joan Jett and The Blackhearts and Bill Withers and the Paul Butterfield Blues Band will be inducted in April. Ringo Starr will receive the special honor of the Award for Musical Excellence as well, "Rolling Stone" reports. The ceremony will be held April 18 in Cleveland, and HBO will air the festivities some time in May. Tickets will be available to the general public Thursday, Dec. 18.
