    New York City went country last year with the introduction of FarmBorough Festival, and now it's time for New Yorkers to break out those cowboy boots yet again. On Wednesday (Jan. 20), it was confirmed that Farmborough will be coming back to Randall's Island with big names like Toby Keith, Tim McGraw and Jason Aldean as headliners.
