    Bill Cosby's life and business has been completely turned upside down over the last several weeks by a series of allegations that are shocking and impossible to ignore. Had just one or two women gone public with allegations of sexual misconduct, then Cosby would probably be standing on much stronger footing right now. Instead, more than two dozen women have come forward to paint the popular actor and comedian as, at best, manipulative and, at worst, a calculating serial rapist who has spent decades drugging and assaulting young women in Hollywood. Through it all, Cosby's wife of more than 50 years has stood by his side, keeping silent — at least until now. Camille Cosby has finally decided to speak up and out on behalf of her husband. She issued a simple statement that was intended to assure people that Cosby is indeed as good a man as the characters he has portrayed. "The man I met, and fell in love with, and whom I continue to love, is the man you all knew through his work. He is a kind man, a generous man, a funny man, and a wonderful husband, father and friend. He is the man you thought you knew," explained Camille. She also went on to liken this scandal involving her husband to the alleged UVA gang rape story that "Rolling Stone" ran before double-checking its sources.

    About a week after learning that he would not be indicted for the Aug. 9 shooting death of 18-year-old Michael Brown, Darren Wilson ironed out the details and resigned from the Ferguson Police Department. Wilson agreed with the department that it is in everyone's best interest that he not serve and protect in Ferguson again. His being on the streets would only put him as well as other officers at risk. While it seems unlikely that Wilson will patrol anywhere again, he has still retained his badge — and that is something the National Bar Association is not happy about. The country's oldest and largest group of African-American attorneys and judges have filed a nine-page petition requesting that Wilson be completely stripped of his badge. The official petition is requesting that the Missouri Department of Public Safety revoke Wilson's badge. While under oath, Wilson insisted that during his altercation with Brown he had feared for his life, but some naysayers believe the officer got away with murder.

For a long time Cosby called Hugh Hefner one of his best friends and it did not take the Playboy mogul long to respond to Huth's allegations. Apparently, Hefner wants to make sure that everyone understands that if anything criminal occurred at the mansion, it certainly was not OK with him.

Apparently, Kardashian expects that a split will get messy, and her biggest concern is the inevitable fight for custody of North West. As it is, West is saying that he intends to move to Paris and make it his permanent home beginning early next year. He is planning on bringing his daughter with him even if Kardashian wants to stay behind in L.A. This type of controlling behavior is one of the things that has reportedly driven Kardashian away from West. She assumed that once they were married things would improve, but just like in her two previous marriages, she has learned the hard way that making it legal changes nothing. In fact, if anything she has just made things more difficult. The fallout from her marriage to Kris Humphries was so disastrous that Jenner has reportedly warned her daughter that her career cannot handle another divorce.

    Just when you thought it could not get any worse for fallen comedian Bill Cosby, it has. He is now being sued by a woman named Judy Huth, who is 55. She is alleging that back in 1974 Cosby molested her when she was only 15. While most cases that involve Cosby are impossible to legally prosecute in any way because of the statute of limitations having expired, this one is apparently different. According to TMZ, Huth filed her suit in Los Angeles County Court, saying that she and a friend met Cosby in a park where he was filming a movie. He befriended the girls and invited them to a party at the Playboy Mansion, instructing them to lie about their ages if anyone asked. Huth alleges that Cosby played pool and made her drink a beer every time he won a game. He then guided her toward a bathroom that was off a bedroom, and when she came out Cosby asked her to sit beside him. Huth alleges that after doing so, the actor molested her.

NBC killed a new sitcom that had been in development and Netflix has shelved Cosby's latest stand-up gig that was filmed for them. At first, it was thought that Cosby's stand-up shows would survive these allegations, but many venues have begun canceling gigs into next year, indicating that the comedian may not come out of this with an active career intact. Late last week, Cosby did do a scheduled show in the Bahamas — and ironically enough the proceeds went to benefit a women's charity. The organization that he came out to support works with rape victims and domestic violence victims and provides counseling for both. No doubt Cosby was glad that this show went on because it made him look supportive of women's issues rather than an alleged abuser. What was appalling was that during this show Cosby found some crocodile tears for the slew of allegations against him and even joked onstage about his current battle in the public eye. "Parents are coming and taking their children home, saying to me, 'Bill Cosby, you are an evil man! We will never eat your Jell-O pudding again!'" said Cosby to an audience that thought his jokes were hilarious.

    It has been a devastating day for business in the life of comedic legend Bill Cosby. In the last several days he has watched as several old rape claims against him have been met in the media by a new rash of claims from women who have now gone on the record to tell their own alleged personal accounts of suffering at his hands. At first, Cosby's attorney simply denied that his client had done anything wrong and then insisted these old claims were baseless. But by late last night things shifted when the self-proclaimed world's first supermodel, Janice Dickinson, said Cosby had raped her back in 1982. Cosby's attorney came out swinging, but it was too late to save two new projects he has been working on. First, Netflix announced that it is shelving a special show Cosby had already filmed for it. It was scheduled to begin streaming next week and it is now on hold. If Cosby somehow pulls out of this scandal with his career at all intact, then there is a chance Netflix will show his special. Unfortunately, that is not going to be the case for Cosby's other deal. NBC was working on a new Cosby project that would have been executive produced by "The Cosby Show's" Tom Werner. In it, Cosby was supposed to star as Jonathan Franklin, head of a multigenerational family, who would use his humor and life experience to guide his daughters, sons-in-law and grandkids. It kind of sounded like an updated spin on the formula that worked so well 25 years ago. Unfortunately, it will never see the light of day because NBC has killed it completely.

    Five months after actor-comedian Tracy Morgan's limo bus was struck by a speeding Wal-Mart truck on the way back from a gig at a Delaware casino, we are learning more details about the devastating accident. Morgan is thought to be fortunate to have survived the accident that killed fellow comedian James McNair because he suffered a subdural hematoma, which kept him comatose with bleeding around his brain. Morgan and three others have filed a lawsuit against Wal-Mart, and attorneys for both sides met behind closed doors yesterday. Morgan's attorney, Benedict Morelli, gave the press an update on Morgan's condition and a realistic view of his prognosis. "He's fighting to get better, and if there's a chance for him to be back to the Tracy Morgan he once was, he's going to try to do that. He's still fighting and trying to live his life at the same time and trying to get better, and he's just not better. We're hoping and praying to get him back to where he was. But the jury's out. He had a very, very bad brain injury. Let's assume for a moment that he can go back and do everything that he was able to do before. When is that going to be? A year from now? Two? Three? I don't know. Six months? I doubt it," said Morelli.
