The group had previously released only Live: Right Here, Right Now in 1993, featuring controversial replacement vocalist Sammy Hagar, who came into the group following the firing of Roth, who was present for the band's most acclaimed albums including Van Halen and 1984. The new release will jump on the bandwagon of live albums recorded in Japan, titled Tokyo Dome Live In Concert.
