The highly anticipated season opener did not hold back on the drama, reuniting old enemies and stirring up career drama. • 'LHHNY' Erica Mena & Bow Wow Breakup Update: Social Media Feud & Abuse Allegations [WATCH]

Just when the drama seemed to be settling down between estranged lovers Bow Wow and Erica Mena, recent social media posts revealed their breakup has turned sour. Mena opened up about alleged domestic violence and abuse she suffered during their relationship.
  • Erica Mena Emotional Miscarriage Poem Shared in Instagram Post

The former 'Love and Hip Hop New York' ('LHHNY') star Erica Mena has come a long way from her rowdy and volatile TV persona that fans have come to know, and enjoyed watching. She has transformed not only her look but also her personality, after becoming engaged to actor/rapper Shad "Bow Wow" Moss. Since the beginning of their relationship, the two have shared a lot, from moving in together, to blending their families and now suffering through a miscarriage, which Mena revealed through an emotional poem on her Instagram account.
  • 'LHHNY' Yandy Smith-Harris Throws Shade at Erica Mena for Insulting Remark

"Love & Hip Hop New York" commemorated Memorial Day weekend with a live televised wedding of cast members Yandy Smith and Mendeecees Harris and about five minutes after the special aired, a former cast member took to social media to lash out. Erica Mena recently left the show and threw shade at Harris for getting special treatment and also insinuated that her wedding was a joke. Mena is currently engaged to Shad Moss and insists that her own wedding won't be devalued by reality television. Harris took a minute to enjoy her newlywed status before addressing Mena's comments.
  • Erica Mena Throws Shade at Yandy and Mendeecees 'LHHNY' Live Wedding Ceremony

A lot of Love & Hip Hop NY fans were surprised to learn that Yandy Smith and Mendeecees Harris were going to go through with their live wedding ceremony over Memorial Day weekend. It was kind of their last hurrah as a couple before Harris is formally sentenced in August for being part of a drug ring. It is expected that he will be going away for years, leaving Smith behind to care for three kids pretty much on her own. The wedding itself was intended to be like a modern fairy tale so leave it to former cast mate, Erica Mena to find a way to get some shade in there.
  • 'LHHNY' Jhonni Blaze and Rich Dollaz are Rumored to Be Engaged

Could it be that Jhonni Blaze has not only won over Rich Dollaz, but also convinced him to put a ring on it? During the most recent season of Love & Hip Hop NY Blaze made it perfectly clear that she was totally wrapped up in Dollaz while he continued to play with other chicks. By the time the reunion shows aired the two were supposedly no longer dating, but still working together on Blaze's music career. Now various outlets are claiming that the two are engaged and Blaze herself posted a photo on Instagram showing off a nifty new rock on the appropriate finger. That photo has been removed but the rumors remain.
  • 'LHHNY' Mendeecees Harris Issues Statement About Impending Jail Sentence

Love & Hip Hop New York's Mendeecees Harris has been grabbing headlines recently after striking a plea deal in a years-old drug trafficking case. Harris' legal troubles first became newsworthy back in 2013 when he was arrested and thrown in jail in a facility in upstate New York, where he sat until love, Yandy Smith, finally managed to bail him out a year later. The couple has downplayed his legal issues and instead focused on expanding their family while VH1's cameras rolled so Harris striking a deal that carries a lengthy prison term seemed to come out of nowhere. He did finally release a statement this week, sort of.
  • 'LHHNY' Amina Buddafly Talks Peter Gunz, Leaving Show

Amina Buddafly's relationship with Peter Gunz has kept fans of 'Love & Hip Hop New York' tuning in for the last few seasons. Gun is not exactly marriage material, and while he is still technically Buddafly's husband, he has always treated her like a side chick. In fact, he married her while still living with Tara Wallace and his two sons. Gunz basically seems to want both women to still want him, and he has bounced between them more times than anyone can count. Buddafly is now speaking up on her marriage to Gunz and also whether or not she is leaving 'LHHNY.'
  • 'LHH' Peter Gunz Single: Not Dating Tara Wallace, Married to Amina Buddafly

Did you check out the first part of the reunion show on 'LHH' last night, April 6? If so, then you already learned that Jhonni Blaze is still kind of in love with Rich Dollaz and no one has a shred of respect for Diamond Strawberry after she abandoned her daughter to chase after a man on the other side of the country. The one person whom we have not heard from yet is Peter Gunz, who has spent this entire season torn between his baby mamas. Tara Wallace has worked long and hard to get over her relationship with Gunz. She has two kids and more than a decade invested in this man, and for a lot of this season it seemed like all she would have to do is say the word and Gunz would be back, living with her and their kids. When she did not, then Gunz went into overdrive trying to save his current marriage to Amina Buddafly. But he is now single.
  • Erica Mena Leaving 'LHHNY' for Spinoff with Bow Wow

Is Erica Mena one of the reasons you tune in to "Love & Hip Hop New York" each week? If so, then you will likely be sad to know that the reality star has confirmed that this will be her last season on the show. Life has radically changed for Mena in the last year, as she went from being a loose cannon living with girlfriend Cyn Santana to happily engaged to Shad Moss, aka Bow Wow. It is also looking like there is a good chance that these two will be getting a new reality spinoff show. Mena recently did an interview on New York City's WPIX and teased that a new show was a possibility. Let's be real here: Mena needs to make that paper somehow, and it seems kind of unlikely that she would give up her spot on "Love & Hip Hop" without another gig lined up. Sources also seem to think that her wedding, currently planned for April, is likely to be filmed by VH1 as well.
