    Major Lazer continue to unveil new music from their upcoming album Peace Is The Mission, slated for release in three weeks on June 1. The trio of Diplo, Jillionaire and Walshy Fire has another big one on their hands in "Too Original" with the dancehall and Caribbean-influenced rhythms that have set this group apart from other electronic acts. The addition of Swedish singer and rapper Elliphant gives the track another edgy element to it. Jamaican singer / songwriter Jovi Rockwell brings the song right to the island as the two singers trade verses before letting Major Lazer take over with distorted and pitched synths in the drop.

    Major Lazer continue to release new music as the electronic dancehall trio prepare for the release of their upcoming album Peace Is The Mission. The "Lean On" group have been airing their FXX Cartoon, Major Lazer each Thursday night as part of the network's Animation Domination programming block. They created a soundtrack for the show and have premiered new bits of music within each episode. The latest track to get its worldwide debut is the RiFF RAFF-assisted "2 Cups (Double Cup Theme)." To aid the release, Major Lazer unveiled a short music video to go along with the piece that if you have been following along with the TV show, is as trippy as you might expect.

    Major Lazer are busily preparing for the release of their second full-length artist album Peace Is The Mission, releasing singles from the album, as well as stand alone tracks and remixes. The trio just released a new, free remix for Belgian, singer, songwriter, producer Stromae's 2013 song "Ave Cesaria." Diplo, Walshy Fire and Jillionaire flip the track on its head with swirling horns and a halftime, swinging beat.

    Major Lazer have unveiled potentially their most surprising collaboration to date -- a new song titled "Bass Drop" featuring the voice of comedian and actor Andy Samberg. The track was created for the most recent episode of Major Lazer's FXX Animation Domination Cartoon and the accompanying music video takes clips from the episode. "Bass Drop" will not appear on the trio's upcoming artist album, 'Peace Is The Mission,' which makes this even more interesting as a song.

    According to his snapchat, Diplo was at the big fight last night between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao. However, when he isn't being a high roller in Las Vegas, the "Express Yourself" DJ is touring around Europe with Major Lazer in anticipation of their new album, 'Peace Is The Mission,' which is slated for release on June 1. While he was in London, Diplo had a chat with The London Evening Standard to discuss some of his recent milestones, including working with Madonna, Skrillex and even Rihanna, while also talking the success Major Lazer has had over the past few months.

    Another track has surfaced from Major Lazer's upcoming album Peace Is The Mission. The fifth track from the 9-song LP, "Powerful" features the vocals of pop sensation Ellie Goudling and reggae singer Tarrus Riley. The track shows the diversity found in the album, with a much more subdued and soulful approach by Diplo and the Picard Brothers on the instrumental, while the female vocalists take control of the tune. Isley Juber and Fransisca Hall asisted on the writing.

    Major Lazer premiered the first episode of their long awaited animation series by the same name during FXX's Animation Domination hour on Thursday night. Fans expected it to be a little bit off the wall and out there, but this has taken it to another level. The episode centers around weed and the fight against the nefarious weed man who gets the female protagonist Penny with some laced marijuana and gets her too high. As Major Lazer says after defeating the weed man, "the problem isn't getting too high, it is coming down as they crash down from space into the ocean."     Mad Decent Block Party has unveiled the list of artists who will be joining Diplo and his merry band of misfits as he tours all over the United States and Canada. The "Express Yourself" DJ will be joined by over 60 DJs along the way, though not each artist will appear at every show. Some of the acts who have been booked on the 2015 Mad Decent Block Party lineup include, Skrillex, Major Lazer, Porter Robinson, Tyler, The Creator, RL Grime, Tommy Trash and Skrillex and Diplo together as Jack Ü.

    Summer has been on the music community's mind for quite some time, and now Diplo's Mad Decent label and brand is gearing up for its famous summer tour. It has announced the summer dates, cities and ticketing information for the 2015 Mad Decent Block Party, presented by Bud Light. 2015 will bring the traveling one-day party to cities all over North America including Philadelphia, where it all began, New Orleans, Brooklyn, Austin, Vancouver, San Diego and Los Angeles.
