We all have songs or particular artists who get on our nerves whenever they come on the radio, but nobody can really claim that hearing a particular artist is actually life-threatening, can they? Actually, someone can: Zoe Fennessy of Retford, United Kingdom, who suffers from epileptic seizures whenever she hears a song by R&B singer Ne-Yo. Because of this, she had to undergo an operation.Fennessy has been suffering from seizures since 2006, and was officially diagnosed with epilepsy in 2008, but in 2011 she suffered from her first "musicogenic seizure" after hearing Pitbull's song "Give Me Everything," which features Ne-Yo."It took me a while to realize that they were being triggered by his songs," Fennessy told "SWNS," "and I think it wasn't until I had heard it for about the 15th time that it finally twigged what was going on." -
Ne-Yo Says Rihanna's New Album Is 'Absolutely Incredible'
Speaking on U.K. radio station Capital XTRA in London over the weekend after a performance at London's Royal Albert Hall during the week, singer/songwriter Ne-Yo spoke about his work, past and present, with Rihanna. They get him on the record on a variety of topics, including various beefs between artists, but get to focus on future Rihanna music and what his involvement in it might be.He is coy in his response, as always, because he does not want to divulge too many details, but gives us his impression on some of the new material he has heard. He reveals he has done some sessions for her, but does not know whether or not they will make the final cut of the album. Giving his overall impression of the work he has heard, he says it is "absolutely incredible." -
'Atlanta Exes' Monyetta Shaw Dragged into Court by Baby Daddy Ne-Yo for DNA Testing
Things just got messy for "Atlanta Exes" star Monyetta Shaw. If you caught her on the new VH1 reality show, then you already know Shaw is Ne-Yo's — aka Shaffer Smith — former fiance and the mother of his two small children. At least, that is what she says, but apparently the R&B star has decided that, for whatever reason, he is not so sure about his paternity. He filed a lawsuit in Georgia against Shaw Oct. 1, requesting the court determine if he is legally the father of both of Shaw's children. In other words, Smith wants a paternity test done. -

R&B singer Ne-Yo has shared the music video for his latest single "She Knows" featuring rapper Juicy J, which you can check out below. The raunchy video features a number of pole dancers performing in a series of rather inappropriate places, including a grocery store, a library, a sidewalk, and an office (where Juicy J apparently works as an accountant of some kind). Among these dancers is Nicole "The Pole" Williams, who is best known for her performance in Rihanna's "Pour It Up" music video. -
