  • No 'Shame' as Tyrese Tops Albums Chart, Kidz Bop and R5 Debut New Albums

    Tyrese may not have actually contributed to the soundtrack for 'Furious 7' (which spent multiple weeks atop the Billboard 200) but the R&B vocalist did benefit from his role in the film, as 'Black Rose' topped the albums chart by selling 65,000 copies.

Yesterday (Jan. 30), a judge settled a lawsuit between little known singer Ally Burnett and Jepsen and Adam Young (Owl City) with the pronouncement that their 2012 top 10 single "Good Time" was too similar to Burnett's own track "Ah, It's A Love Song." And now they have to pay a hefty fine.
