Musically, Guwop has not missed a beat, releasing albums and mixtapes as if he had a home studio in his jail cell. Gucci isn't scheduled to be released from prison until late in 2016, but the #FREEGUWOP movement has been in full voice recently and signs point the Atlanta rapper possibly getting an early release.

    Atlanta rapper Trinidad Jame$ has announced the release of a new album titled "No One Is SaFe," which will drop Jan. 20. According to "The Fader," the album will be a free release and feature guest appearances by iLoveMakonnen, OG Maco, Peewee Longway, Offset, Problem, Lil Debbie, Scotty ATL and Big K.R.I.T. Trinidad has shared the album's lead single "BlackMan Pt. 2," produced by Diplo, which you can check out below. "I'm a huge fan of Diplo's production and spirit as an artist," Trinidad explained to "The Fader" about "BlackMan Pt. 2." "I heard the beat on SoundCloud and it inspired me to get focused on what type of message I really wanted to relay this year with my music and as an artist — and also a man in this world, which is the most important part of being in this game."     Young Dolph has shared a remix of his track "Preach" featuring new verses from fellow Southern rappers Jeezy and Rick Ross, which you can check out below. The track features a pitifully tinny trap beat courtesy of Zaytoven, but the forceful new verses from Ross and Jeezy almost make up for it, with Dolph delivering the hook himself.     Late last month, 2 Chainz revealed that he would be releasing a new mixtape titled 'Tru Jack City,' which will serve as a showcase for some up-and-coming Atlanta rappers and today, the 37-year-old rapper has shared the mixtape's first track, "Trap House Stalkin'," which you can check out here. The track features guest verses from Young Dolph and Cap-1 over a pretty standard trap beat (how can you not have a trap beat with a title like that?).

    Young Thug and Rich Homie Quan proved that they were a formidable team with their Rich Gang: Tha Tour Part 1 mixtape. Now they are at work on a follow-up with Part 2, which is rumored to drop any day now. To hold us over until the project eventually sees a release, they've shared a new track (via RapRadar) called "Hold Us," which features Thug, Quan, and rookie Atlanta rapper Peewee Longway (Gucci Mane affiliate).

  • Migos Release New Music 'Trap Dab Freestyle'

    It's about to be a Migos takeover. Following the recent releases of their trap musical Bando and video for "Handsome And Wealthy," the trio has enlisted a few other A-Town rappers for some new music. Peewee Longway, Jose Guapo and Hoodrich Pablo Juan join Quavo and Offset for "Trap Dab Freestyle."
