In fact both of them plead guilty to a slew of financial crimes last March and are awaiting sentencing that is scheduled for October. Rather than buying more the couple has listed their beach house, boat and mansion on the market.

    Gucci Mane is having a good week- kind of. On Wednesday he was sentenced to three years and three months in jail for illegally possessing a firearm but the Atlanta judge decided to give him credit for the time he has served since his September 14, 2013 arrest. That's actually kind of amazing because with Gucci Mane - real name Radric Davis' lengthy criminal history the judge could have easily thrown that proverbial book at him and started that 39 month sentence this week.
