    To promote her latest album, 'Pinkprint,' and tour, rapper Nicki Minaj has tapped into the popular gay dating app, Grindr, hoping to gather masses of fans with information and ticket offers. The Pinkprint tour kicked off today, July 17, and will span a total of 19 North American cities in just one month with supporting acts Meek Mill, Rae Sremmurd, Tinashe and DeJ Loaf.

    Music Times was on hand at Governors Ball this weekend when Slim Jimmy of Rae Sremmurd fell off of a speaker and injured his leg, reportedly involving a "big ass piece of glass" stuck in his leg, based on his microphone reports from behind the stage, where he was being treated. The emcee took to the injury rather well, not returning to the stage but calling for anyone in the crowd who captured the incident on camera to "post that sh*t on Instagram." The good news is that the paramedics on the scene were able to patch Jimmy up well before taking him to a nearby hospital, where he was declared to be in stable condition. The hip-hop duo isn't expecting to miss any time on the road as a result. It wasn't the first incident involving onstage injuries during 2015. The pair wisely implored listeners to be kind to each other, saying in their measured tempo "don't throw shade, throw parties" before shrilly speeding things up as the track crescendos into the drop.

Riff Raff and Two-9 also made appearances, Rolling Stone reports.
