The "LHHA" star was recently sent to an inpatient drug rehab program after failing an embarrassing 10 drug tests, according to Page Six, which were in direct violation of his probation. Now out of rehab, he also owes one of his baby mama's more than $1 million in back child support, and now it seems that he is cheating on one of the few people who has stuck by him: Joseline Hernandez.

According to a report by Radar Online, Depp's ex Vanessa Paradis has blamed Heard for his falling off the wagon so hard, and now his current love is on board with helping the actor sober up. "Amber broke his sobriety, but she isn't necessarily a bad influence. She isn't a party girl anymore. Amber and family members asked him to get help. She is dead serious about walking away from him unless he cleans up his act. After realizing that he clearly had an issue, Johnny would often be seen traveling with a companion to help encourage his sobriety. Johnny's problem has always been his moderation. He couldn't just have one," said the source.

According to Page Six, WABC/Channel 7 station manager Dave Davis has often been spotted out and about in New York City with Vargas. The two have known each other for many years because of both working at ABC, and Vargas has trusted Davis's support while going through some difficult stuff. Cohen has said in the past that the issues in their marriage were longstanding but that he continues to support Vargas's addressing her problems and recovery, just as he always has. Sources close to Vargas have said she and Davis are just friends and that she does not feel like this is the right time in her life to start anything new. Instead, she is remaining focused on her recovery.

According to a report by Radar Online, Teresa is supposedly pushing hard for Joe to check himself into a rehab facility ahead of her Jan. 5 surrender date. Apparently, she is hoping that if Joe were to go to rehab, then her attorney could petition the court to change her surrender date. The judge in this case has said she does not want the Giudices's four daughters to be left at home without a parent, so she probably would be willing to change Teresa's date if her husband were to decide to get help.

Chandler claims she actually was born a boy, a little fact she admits she never has actually told Phelps. According to the "Daily Mail," Chandler was born a male in name only, and is actually intersex, which means she had male genitalia but no testicles while also having a uterus and no ovaries. The "Mail" said she took to her Facebook to explain things to everyone, saying, "I was never a man, never lived as a man. No one can say they knew me as a man or produce a photo of me as a man. There are people that remember me as an androgynous child at times because of what was forced upon me."

    Five months after actor-comedian Tracy Morgan's limo bus was struck by a speeding Wal-Mart truck on the way back from a gig at a Delaware casino, we are learning more details about the devastating accident. Morgan is thought to be fortunate to have survived the accident that killed fellow comedian James McNair because he suffered a subdural hematoma, which kept him comatose with bleeding around his brain. Morgan and three others have filed a lawsuit against Wal-Mart, and attorneys for both sides met behind closed doors yesterday. Morgan's attorney, Benedict Morelli, gave the press an update on Morgan's condition and a realistic view of his prognosis. "He's fighting to get better, and if there's a chance for him to be back to the Tracy Morgan he once was, he's going to try to do that. He's still fighting and trying to live his life at the same time and trying to get better, and he's just not better. We're hoping and praying to get him back to where he was. But the jury's out. He had a very, very bad brain injury. Let's assume for a moment that he can go back and do everything that he was able to do before. When is that going to be? A year from now? Two? Three? I don't know. Six months? I doubt it," said Morelli.

At this point, Phelps seems to be admitting he needs more help to reel in his notorious partying. Phelps posted a message to fans on his Facebook page, admitting it's time to enter rehab.
