• Trey Songz: Grammys 'Shortchange Culture for Popularity Every Year'

    The Grammys have never been and never will be a perfect representation of music. Every year there are cries from all corners of the music world about nomination snubs and cries of indignation from artists and their friends who feel they should have won an award. This year that cry was heard the loudest after Beck won Album of the Year ahead of favorite Beyoncé, though he really should have been paying attention to Best Metal Album, where Jack Black's group Tenacious D won. Trey Songz, who was not nominated this year, sounded off on the academy, saying the Grammys "shortchange culture for popularity every year."

    Detroit R&B singer, Maejor, has shared the music video for his new single, "Get You Alone" featuring Jeremih, which you can check out here. The video is pretty straightforward with Maejor singing the song near a hot tub while girls in bikinis smear glow in the dark paint over his body. Jeremih makes an appearance in the song's second half (it actually comes off like a completely different song entirely, which is pretty cool), singing/rapping about being "a fat kid for that fat ass," so you know this guy's a sweetheart.

    Tyga's next studio album The Gold Album: 18th Dynasty is set for release next Tuesday, Dec. 23, and today the 25-year-old rapper shared the album's artwork through his Instagram account. The cover features an image of Horus, the Egyption god of the sun, war, and protection, allegedly carved out of real gold. According to the picture's Instagram caption, the cover was created by Kanye West (the album's executive producer) and Donda.

In August, Luda spoke with "Billboard" about his upcoming album. "But I can definitely tell you in a nutshell there are a bunch of songs that define moments and are very emotional just for the simple fact this will be my most personal album to date in terms of talking about a lot of things that have gone on in my life and just really diving into who Chris Bridges is as a person. So that's what "Ludaversal" is all about," he said. "Burning Bridges" is Luda's first stab at new music since his 2010 release "Battle of the Sexes," which featured tons of big-name guest spots. Lil' Kim, Nicki Minaj and Monica handled the female side of things while Trey Songz, Flo Rida and Gucci Mane represented the males.

Champion fighter, Floyd Mayweather was actually on FaceTime with Hayes, trying to calm him down, when Hayes killed Moseley and then turned the gun on himself.

Beginning March 28, 2015, the "Only" rapper and Trey Songz will tackle the United Kingdom before presumably going around the world.
