A source revealed how Taylor Swift reacted to Brittany Mahomes' past tweets about her.
Swifties called out Mahomes when her past tweets about Swift resurfaced amid their blossoming friendship. Among the tweets read, "Taylor swift winning everything <<<<" and "Taylor swift..I wanna know when your gonna find something different to write about besides boys and relationships."
The pals have marked outings together even after the blunder, seemingly hinting at the "Look What You Made Me Do" singer's reaction to Mahomes' tweets.
How Did Taylor Swift React to Brittany Mahomes' Tweets?
A source recently spoke to Life & Style and revealed Swift was "unhappy" when she saw the 2012 and 2013 tweets.
"She's used to people saying nasty things about her, but this was someone she's welcomed into her squad," the insider claimed.
Mahomes was mortified upon seeing the resurfaced tweets, leading her to delete them quickly.
The source added, "Brittany explained to Taylor that she was just a stupid teenager and how sorry she was. Taylor was very understanding and decided to just let bygones be bygones."
Aside from saving their friendship, Swift and Mahomes reportedly fixed things to prevent bigger feuds involving their beaus, Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes. With that, they did not put them in awkward situations.
Swift's fans previously posted a screenshot of the tweets and immediately criticized Brittany for hating the "Lover" singer.
One said, "Taylor must be shaking it off after seeing those old tweets from Brittany Mahomes!"
"brittany mahomes being misogynistic and hating taylor before this whole PR stunt is sooooooo not shocking considering she is definitely just a social climber . that's all i'm gonna say about that, taylor- choose better friends," another added.

Amid Swift's blooming romance with Kelce, another insider told In Touch (via OK! Magazine) that the singer received love and praise from the WAGS for being sweet and caring.
"The players' wives were kind of starstruck at first, but now they're all besties with her, especially Brittany Mahomes," the insider continued. "It's like Taylor was born to be a football wife."
Swift is currently in the middle of her Eras Tour international leg.
