If appearances are the only thing that count, Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift certainly look like they'll last and marriage is the next logical step.

During their latest public outing, which took place this weekend at Gucci's official Oscars after-party, an onlooker commented that the couple "seemed very happy together."

However, a lot of Americans disagree and believe that there is turmoil in paradise.

Survey Shows Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce Relationship Not Believable

At least, that's what the groundbreaking DailyMail.com/TIPP Poll indicates, which reveals a general lack of confidence that Swift and Kelce are here to stay.

A little over one-third of those surveyed predicted that the couple would still be together this time next year. However, another 30% stated that was improbable, and 36% stated they weren't sure.

Disclaimer: In no way is the 1,419 adults in the nationwide survey conducted earlier this month definitive.

However, it reveals more doubt about the partnership than what is seen in the glossy press releases and photo opportunities.

Swift frequently shows up to see her boyfriend play football, sometimes even with his mother Donna. Similar to Swift, Kelce has traveled the globe with her Eras Tour, stopping most recently in Singapore.

Even the theory that 34-year-old Swift and 34-year-old Kelce are getting married together has been floated. As to a recent report by US Weekly, the couple is currently in the honeymoon stage of their committed relationship and not really thinking of settling down.

However, as indicated by our poll, they might decide against exchanging vows.

Ultimately, the publically announced affair that began in September of last year hasn't been entirely idyllic. Kelce's public conduct has sparked debate over whether or not he is a suitable partner on two instances.

Both Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce's Fault

During the Super Bowl in February, Kelce let out a loud cry towards his 65-year-old grandfather, Andy Reid, who was his coach. Then, during the team's shooting-marred victory parade, he seemed inebriated.

When Kelce yelled at his coach Reid from the sidelines in Las Vegas, many Swifties were taken aback. On social media, some dubbed the situation a "red flag."

On the day of the Chiefs parade, Kelce was visibly inebriated as he shared drinks with supporters and appeared to mumble while speaking into a microphone.

Later that day, hours after a shooting left one person dead and other children injured, images of Kelce in a bar with several teammates surfaced as the Super Bowl festivities continued.

Furthermore, Kelce isn't the only one who did something that led to questions about the couple's durability.

Some commentators draw attention to Swift's lengthy dating history, which includes, among others, relationships with Jake Gyllenhaal, Eddie Redmayne, Harry Styles, Joe Alwyn, and Tom Hiddleston.
