Creed's Scott Stapp has had a very interesting week. Following a series of videos claiming he is broke and homeless, Stapp is attempting to restart his solo career via a crowdsourcing campaign. He is looking to raise $485,000 to create solo album number three, which will allow him to reunite with his team, Howard Bensen (producer) and Chris Lord-Alge (mixer). He is also looking to write his first book in the fiction category.

This comes after a tumultuous week which saw his wife filing for divorce. Jaclyn claims that Stapp disappear from their Boca Raton, Florida home and has not been heard from since. She also claims that her husband "has threatened to kill himself and harm his family" according to The Miami Herald.

The singer first uploaded a shocking 16-minute video to his Facebook page from a Holiday Inn room where he said he currently resides, outlining his position financially and the wrongs that have been done to him. He refuted any notion that he is on drugs and claims that his bank accounts have been tampered with saying, "Someone had used my information and changed my online passwords to my bank accounts and transferred all the money out of my bank accounts so I had nothing."

He uploaded several more videos over the weekend giving more details on his financial woes. He filmed them in front of the Boca Raton police station, where he had filed a police report. In addition to the claims made in his first video, he adds that he is filing against two major banks that fraudulently drained his accounts and a record company who owes him millions of dollars in royalties.

You can watch his final statement below that he claims will be the last one until justice has been served. We hope things work out for you Scott and you can get back to doing what you love.
