As Christmas comes ever closer (sorry, Thanksgiving), holiday music continues to be released in droves. "Bleeding Love" singer Leona Lewis is prepping for the release of her winter effort Christmas, With Love for a Dec. 3 release date and has released a teaser track in the process: a classically inspired cover of the Christmas classic "Winter Wonderland."

Lewis takes notes from the best Christmas songs from days gone by and kicks up the vintage-style production for her "Winter Wonderland." Recalling holiday releases from the likes of Phil Spector and The Ronettes, big horns, jangly jingle bells and bombastic drums push the listener into a wall of sound.

Of course, Lewis also demonstrates that she has the pipes fitting for the holiday classic. She blasts through "Winter Wonderland" with a remarkably strong voice, though she remains subdued enough to allow for the huge instrumentation to shine in its own way.

All in all, "Winter Wonderland" from Lewis doesn't break any new ground, but fans looking for a new version of a classic song done with a standard arrangement will love this track.

It's no wonder that Lewis has taken to tried and true techniques for her Christmas music. The album cover for Christmas, With Love similarly features a throwback vibe, with tan outlines and multiple pictures of a very festively dressed Lewis.

"Winter Wonderland" is just one of 10 songs on Christmas, With Love. The album is preceded by an original single "One More Sleep."
