A few weeks ago, Bobby Brown took a moment out of a live performance that he was giving to tell the crowd that his daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, was showing signs of improvement. The Houston family was quick to shoot down the idea that there might be real hope for the only child of Whitney Houston to actually recover. In fact they have said that she remains in an unresponsive state and could feasibly continue to live exactly as she is right now for a very long time. This weekend, Cissy Houston confirmed that since being transferred to a rehabilitation facility, Brown has not made any progress at all.

Houston spoke exclusively with Entertainment Tonight in a rare interview on Saturday saying, "She's the same. She's not gone yet, but you know, whatever the Lord decides, I'm ready for her ... I have nothing to do with that. That's his job. It's his territory, you know? And I understand it." Houston previously has said that at least part of the family had made peace with Brown's condition and were ready to let her go back in March.

Bobby has had complete control over his daughter over the last few months but earlier this week Pat Houston was named as a co-guardian, which means it is also now up to her when and if Brown will be taken off of life support. It could also easily lead to even more issues between the two (often at odds) sides of the family. While Bobby has been very vocal about holding out hope that a miracle will save his daughter, the Houstons seem united in the belief that it's time to let her go.

Are you surprised to hear that there has been no real change in Brown's condition since being found unresponsive in her bathtub back in January? Do you think that Bobby's clinging to hope is clouding some of his judgment? Tell us your thoughts in the comments below!
