It's moving day in the Keeping Up With the Kardashians household! The youngest member of reality TV's favorite family, Kylie Jenner, moved out of her mom, Kris Jenner's, house and snagged the keys to her own $2.7 Million mansion in her hometown, Calabasas.

On this season of KUWTK, the 17-year-old shocked her mom by announcing that she would be moving out  the very "second she turns 18." But it seems Kylie couldn't wait any longer. With her 18th birthday approaching in little over a month (August 10), Kylie decided it was time to leave the nest a little earlier than expected.

Big sister, Khloe Kardashian, was on the scene to help her little sister get settled into her new pad. Kylie posted a photo on Instagram in her new home with Khloe and captioned it, "Don't you wish your move in crew looked like mine?" Khloe posted the same picture on her Instagram with the caption, "We're finally neighbors!!!! Moving day!!!!" Kylie's new mansion is just one block away from Khloe and Kourtney's mansions.

How did a 17-year-old afford this pricy pad? Between modeling, hosting red carpet events, releasing her fashion line at Topshop alongside her sister Kendall and launching her own hair extension brand, Kylie Jenner has racked up some hefty earnings. Her reported net worth is about $5 Million. But even with millions in the piggy bank, it always helps to have a family full of millionaires to help you out. Kylie credited her mom for helping her out with all the renovations. She stated, "My mom is so amazing at this, if I didn't have her I would not have as beautiful a house. She's made it very easy. I got most of my furniture from my sisters and my mom."

Kylie's mansion is also relatively close to the mansion of her rumored boo, Tyga, who was photographed with Kylie and Khloe at Kylie's house on "Moving Day" as well. With her 18th birthday around the corner and her very own mansion, Kylie Jenner now has more freedom than any teen could dream of.
