Are things starting to get tense between the three remaining members of girl group Danity Kane? New rumors are suggesting that members Aubrey O'Day and Dawn Richard got into a pretty nasty fight in the recording studio recently, and new music from the "Lemonade" trio may be in jeopardy.

TMZ reports that on Monday (Aug. 4), O'Day and Richard got into a physical fight while in a Los Angeles recording studio, with Richard reportedly punching O'Day in the head. The third DK member, Shannon Bex, unsuccessfully attempted to break up the fight.

O'Day then filed a battery report to police, as confirmed by MTV News. The LAPD noted that a report was taken following the incident, with O'Day marked as the victim in the fight.

Further details about the fight remain mum, with O'Day, Bex and Richard all remaining largely quiet on their respective social media accounts, though O'Day did note that "hurt people, hurt people" on her official Twitter account.

Despite the physical altercation between O'Day and Richard, things may actually be OK in DK. Yesterday (Aug. 5), Richard celebrated her 31st birthday and her two bandmates were on hand to wish her well.

"Happy birthday!" O'Day and Bex wished in a public YouTube video. "We just want to say that we love you very much. We're DK three sisters; we made it through the storm! We hope that you have a very beautiful new year in your life."

The newly reunited Danity Kane is currently in the studio working on its third studio album. The Making The Band group reformed last year without original member D. Woods and embarked on the No Filter Tour this spring. Following the tour, member Aundrea Fimbres left the band after getting engaged.
