According to PEOPLE, the 55-year-old pop star has sold his Manhattan Central Park apartment for $8.9 million.

Jackson decided to put her property back on the market despite its luxurious amenities and breathtaking Manhattan skyline.

Located on Manhattan's Upper West Side, the apartment was built in the late 190s. Covering 2,094 square feet, the grand apartment has three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms.

Wall Street Journal reports that Jackson bought the unit in 1998 for a meager amount of $2.8 million only.
