Florence + The Machine is currently touring around the world and lead vocalist Florence Welch received a scary gift from a fan last week that made her laugh while performing; what could this be?
According to People Magazine, the 36-year-old singer and her band recently performed a two-night show at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
Taking to her official TikTok account, the frontwoman shared a video of herself performing on stage as she received a fake severed hand from an audience member.

Welch donned an ethereal green dress while being barefoot on stage for her show.
"It's a beautiful bloody severed hand, How did you know?" she said, before joking that she would "eat this later" as she goes to the back of the stage to set aside the prop.

The "Dog Days Are Over" hitmakers only has a few shows in their North American leg. Their next show would be at the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida, before performing In Irving, Denver, Vancouver, Seattle, Mountain View, San Diego, Portland, and many more.

Their last two North American shows would be at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, California, before traveling overseas again to visit countries like the United Kingdom, Australia, France, and New Zealand.

Florence Welch Shares Sobriety Journey
In an interview with Munroe Bergdorf on her "The Way We Are" podcast on Spotify, the British musician opened up about her alcohol struggles around the time when her band released "Ceremonials" in 2011.
She noted that at the time, she finally had the guts to quit alcohol because it was the "best thing" she ever did.
Further explaining her situation, Welch said she had a hard time accepting that she had alcohol problems because she was one of those drinkers where "it was all or noithing."
"If I enjoy my drinking, I can't control it and if I control my drinking, I don't enjoy it. That was a real wake-up call for me," she added.
At the time when "Lungs" was released in 2009, the songwriter said it was okay to be a "chaotic mess" because that's what it was.
Earlier this year, Florence + The Machine released their fifth studio album titled "Dance Fever."
