Madonna has scared and got everyone worried when she was reported to be rushed into the hospital on the last few days of June 2023. The recent trip to the doctor ultimately rescheduled the kick-off of her highly-awaited "Celebration" tour.

Reports that Madonna's health condition was worsening came about on social media, as it was revealed at some point that she was intubated for a whole day.

Madonna Health Update

In a recently posted, Instagram statement, Madonna shared how she has been doing since her recent hospitalization. In her lengthy message, Madonna said that the first thought when she woke up was her children.

Lourdes Leon, her eldest was reported to be at her side throughout the whole ordeal.

"My second thought was that I did not want to disappoint anyone who bought tickets for my tour. I didn't want to let down the people who worked tirelessly with me over the last few months to create my show. I didn't want to disappoint anyone," she continued, addressing the questions surrounding the "Celebration" tour,

Now that she has already been released from the hospital, Madonna said that her focus would now be on her health and getting stronger.

Madonna 'Celebration' Tour Rescheduled

Madonna also noted in her message that she would be rescheduling the highly-awaited "Celebration" Tour. The Europe leg of the tour which starts in October 2023 is still continued, but her first North American Leg will be rescheduled.

"I couldn't be more grateful for your care and support. Love, M," she ended her statement.

Madonna is set to perform on all 84 shows throughout the two continents - North America, and Europe.

Madonna Photo After Hospitalization 2023

After the message, Madonna shared a selfie of her as proof of life. Many of her fans took to the comments to wish her a speedy recovery.

In the photo, Madonna appeared to look thinner compared to her plumper cheeks in previous photos.

"We love you M! You never disappoint and always deliver!!" someone commented.

"I dreamed with you last night... I was watching your rehearsal," a user said.

"I love you M. You are one of the strongest persons I've ever known," Nile Rodgers posted.

"We're just glad you're taking the break and rest! No "Causing a Commotion" joking here. We just want you healthy and supported with," another fan echoed.
