In the past, Travis Barker and Kourtney Karadashian's new son's name has been kept hidden from the public. However, as time went by, easter eggs have kept fans at the edge of their seats, with many hoping that they would slip up one way or another.
Now, that time has come - Travis Barker who has since been tightlipped about it - let something slip.
Gracing an episode of "One Life Once Chance With Toby Morse," the Blink-182 drummer was talking about a Hawaii concert that he would be missing because it was "Rocky's due."
When the host pressed Barker if that was the actual name of their son, he confirmed that it actually was - "Rocky 13 Barker."
Actually, it was the much-needed confirmation that many fans were waiting, as the name has been casually dropped before already.
"He's gonna come out of my wife's vagina, like, doing front kicks and push-ups," Barker quipped. As for Kourtney's due date, she is expected to give birth on "either Halloween or, like, the first week of November."
Why Did Travis Barker, Kourtney Kardashian Chose 'Rocky'?
According to Travis Barker, the name Rocky 13 Barker holds a huge significance in his life.
In an episode of Complex's "GOAT Talk," Barker defended his choice to his daughter Alabama, who has since described the name to be a "bad choice."
"Rocky George played guitar for Suicidal Tendencies," he elaborated. "And 13 is just the greatest number of all time. And 'Rocky' [is] the greatest boxing movie of all time.
Notably, the name was edgier and more contemporary compared to Kourtney's children's name.
Per Page Six, Penelope, Kourtney's eldest, was actually a preference of hers, and so was Reign. Mason, on the other hand, was a moniker her great-uncle used for dinner reservations back in the day.
Kourtney's pregnancy with Rocky wasn't actually a walk in the park. Earlier this year, Kourtney confessed that she had to undergo fetal surgery to treat a medical condition. Thankfully, she survived that and has recovered since.
