After weeks of teasing his new album, Justin Timberlake finally gave fans a taste of what is to come during his concert in Memphis by performing a snippet of an unreleased song titled "Selfish."

"So if I get jealous / I can't help it / I want every bit of you / I guess I'm selfish," the *NSYNC boy bander crooned. "It's bad for my mental, but I can't fight it."

According to reports, Timberlake also unveiled an album teaser for his upcoming release, which was revealed to be titled "Everything I Thought It Was."

Justin Timberlake Makes Music Comeback With New Album

The "SexyBack" singer has been teasing fans about the arrival of his upcoming album; he is also expected to share more details about it during his appearances on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" and "Saturday Night Live."

Apparently, the singer's upcoming material is unlike any of his other works, and an insider even went as far as to describe it as an "ambitious era."

In fact, he turned down a *NSYNC reunion for this, the source added; "Justin is coming out with a new album, so he's planning a big US tour for 2024," they said.

As of this writing, there is no announcement on when Timberlake's "Everything I Thought It Was" album's slated release.

However, there have been mixed reactions among netizens regarding the upcoming album.

Netizens Reject Justin Timberlake, His New Album

Since news of Timberlake's upcoming comeback reached netizens, they explicitly showed that they are in no hurry to hear it or nor do they care about it.

"Nobody moved," one wrote with a picture of Britney Spears.

"Nobody will be streaming."

"We care about Britney instead," another added.

'Already a flop and terrible album."

"We will be supporting Britney Spears instead."

The hate towards the "Mirror" singer came after Spears dropped her highly anticipated and controversial memoir, "The Woman in Me."

According to reports, the "Oops I Did It Again" singer revealed that she had gotten pregnant with Timberlake's baby when they were dating, but had to terminate the pregnancy.

"It was a surprise, but for me, it wasn't a tragedy. I loved Justin so much. I always expected us to have a family together one day. This would just be much earlier than I'd anticipated," the singer wrote.

"But Justin definitely wasn't happy about the pregnancy. He said we weren't ready to have a baby in our lives, that we were way too young."
