    Troy Ave is being formally indicted following the shooting at a T.I. concert at Irving Plaza in New York City. While the specifics of what the rapper is being charged with are not yet known, it will be revealed on June 22 when he returns to court. The Brooklyn based rapper, real name Roland Collins, was not in court during the official indictment with the grand jury.
