    The knock out and huge loss of the UFC title for Ronda Rousey against Holly Holm on Saturday, was the fight that trended on social media with a flood of comments, concerns and several funny but, not so funny memes. Everyone from celebrities to supporters had a response to Rousey's loss, but true supporters just wanted to know if she was okay and what, if anything, is next for the fighter. Rousey put those supporter's hearts at ease by ignoring the memes, but letting them know she's fine.

    More details are starting to emerge from the carnage of the terror attacks in Paris with each passing hour. The most brutal and deadly scene was inside Le Bataclan, where California rock band Eagles of Death Metal were performing a concert. The identities of the nearly 90 dead at the concert hall have started to become public and as one might sadly expect, members of the music industry were affected. In addition to Eagles of Death Metal's British merchandise seller, Nick Alexander, a music journalist for French publication, Les InRocks was killed in addition several record label employees.

    Indie folk-rock band Mumford & Sons are heading back out on the road next April to continue supporting their May 2015 album release, Wilder Mind. The upcoming tour, 'An Arrow Through the Heartland' will hit major cities in the American South and the Midwest. Pre-sale tickets for Mumford & Sons went on sale November 12 via Ticketmaster. Some tickets have already hit the secondary market, and are rising fast, where they are averaging $203 across all of the scheduled tour dates.

  • Paris Attacks: Live Nation Concert Security Increases After Murders at Le Bataclan

    Live Nation has officially stated that they plan on increasing concert security following the brutal attacks on Paris that occurred this past Friday night (Nov. 13) at an Eagles of Death Metal concert. The shootings happened at Parisian venue Le Bataclan and a reported 118 concert-goers were slain in the savage shooting and what Bono of U2 called "The first direct hit on music that we have had in this so-called War on Terror."

  • Lorde Denies Lip Syncing 'Magnets' Performance with Disclosure on 'SNL'

    Lorde's performance of "Magnets" with Disclosure Saturday night (Nov. 14) on SNL was certainly magnetizing and pitch perfect, but don't think that means that the "Royals" singer forgot the "live" part of Saturday Night Live. After some viewers questioned whether or not Lorde was singing to a backing track, the 19-year-old pop star denied that she would every lip sync.
