    The government has once ignored the demands of its constituency as Barack Obama has refused to force Kanye West to release his new album, believed to be titled 'Swish.' In all seriousness, a petition at the We The People site, which allows citizens to gather attention to causes via digital petitions, raised 100,000 signatures in support of forcing of forcing the rapper/producer to release his new album.

    A new indictment has revealed more (alleged) details of the April shooting at Lil Wayne's tour bus in Atlanta. Former Rich Gang affiliate Jimmy Winfrey, aka PeeWee Roscoe, is currently incarcerated for the bus shooting and he's now been charged with "terroristic threats" for allegedly telling Wayne he'd "spray his bus." An indictment last month named Birdman and Young Thug as co-conspirators in the plot to kill Wayne, though neither man has yet been charged.

Now they can start the countdown to Oct. 9 when Glorious will see its full release in the midst of a two-month tour that takes him through Europe, the United States and Canada.
