NBC's 'The Voice' kicked off its eighth season last night, Feb. 23. Coaches Adam Levine and Blake Shelton reunited with Christina Aguilera, who took a short hiatus the past two seasons to give birth. Pharrell Williams was also on hand to fill in the fourth chair. Shelton has experienced a career boost since joining the cast in 2011. The country star talked to ABC News Radio about why he keeps coming back to the show. -

Diplo is known for sharing a lot about his life and his music on social media and in interviews. The "Revolution" DJ shared a photo on his Instagram account that showed Jack Ü, his duo with Skrillex, written out in yellow and black beads with the caption "Three days....," according to 'YourEDM.' The photo was deleted shortly after it was posted, but some fans were able to grab a screenshot. Though it is not confirmed, based on past comments and statements from both members, it can be fair to assume that Diplo is talking about the upcoming Jack Ü album release date. -
Kiss Uses Backing Tracks for Momoiro Clover Z Collaboration Song "Samurai Son" During Concerts in Japan
Despite being critical of pop singers who use backing tracks in 2012, Kiss has admitted to doing the same on their recent outing in Japan. The hard rockers needed to use some recorded parts of their new single "Samuari Son," which was made in collaboration with the Japanese group Momoiro Clover Z. The band explained in a tweet that the backing track has been used to recreate certain production aspects of the tune, 'Blabbermouth' noted. -

It's no surprise by now that Jimmy Fallon can do impressive musical impressions of pop artists. He's been doing it since his SNL days and has since performed with some of those artists he has impersonated, such as Bruce Springsteen and Neil Young. Now he's brought Christina Aguilera in on the fun, and we've got to admit she's pretty spot on. In a segment called "The Wheel of Musical Impressions," both Aguilera and Fallon were given the name of an artist and a random song. Aguilera crushed it singing the Folgers Coffee theme in the style of Cher, "This Little Piggy" in the style of '90s pop rival Britney Spears, and The Golden Girls theme song in the style of former Voice coach Shakira, even adding "lole lole lole" to bring it home. -

Aspiro management, pending shareholder approval, quickly approved the bid and the shareholders have handed down their decision, saying the price undervalues the company because it "does not sufficiently value" its long-term potential. -
